Start with the order details
Compare the item count, selected option, marked size, general shape and visible colour against the order record. If an important view is not shown, do not assume it was checked.
Look for visible differences
- obvious marks, tears or broken parts;
- major shape or panel differences;
- visible size or option labels;
- included pieces that can be counted in the image.
Know what the image cannot prove
A photograph does not establish authenticity, internal construction, electronic function, material performance, exact colour or long-term durability. Sealed goods may not be opened, and the policy limits checks for functional products.
Make the decision before dispatch
Raise a question while the item is still at the warehouse. Once an international parcel is submitted, available return paths and costs can be different.
